Chai Spiced Peach Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats2 tbsp flax meal1 tbsp kefir or plain yogurt1 chai tea bag1/2 + 2 tbsp water1 tbsp honey (opt.)1/2 cup peaches2 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
The night before, mix together the oats and flax meal. Toss tea bag into the mix, then cover with 1/2 cup of water and the yogurt, stirring to mix well. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
In the morning, dump the oatmeal in a small saucepan and add the 2 tbsp extra water and honey, if desired. Turn heat on medium-low and stir every now and then while you chop up the peaches into bite-size pieces.
Stir in the peaches and pecans, raise heat to medium-high, and heat through.
Remove tea bag, pour into bowl, and serve!
