White Chili

Ingredients
1 T vegetable oil 1 cup chopped onions2 cloves garlic, finely chopped3 cups chicken broth2 T chopped fresh cilantro or 1/2 tsp ground corriander2 T lime juice1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves1/4 tsp red pepper sauce1/4 tsp salt (not configured in nuttition info - I don't add it)1 can (11 oz) white or yellow corn, drained1 can (15-16 oz) great northern beans, drained1 can (15-16 oz) butter beans, drained2 cups chopped cooked chicken
Directions
Heat oil in 4-quart dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic in oil, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 20 mins. Stir in chicken; simmer until hot.
