TAKE CORNED BEEF AND BREAK IT UP WITH A FORK.FLUFF IT WITH THE FORK. IN 9x9 GLASS PAN SPREAD A THIN LAYER OF POTATOES APPROX. 3 CUPS. SPRINKLE HALF OF THE CORNED BEEF THEN COVER WITH APPROX. 2 MORE CUPS POTATOES. SPRINKLE THE REMAINING CORNED BEEF AND TOP WITH THE REMAINING POTATOES. AT THIS POINT YOU CAN ADD GRATED CHEESE TO TOP. COOK FOR APPROX. 5 MINUTES IN THE MICROWAVE. ADD A SIDE SALAD AND YOU HAVE A REALLY QUICK DINNER THAT WILL FILL UP WITHOUT HEATING UP THE KITCHEN.
