Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter (unsalted)1/2 cup onion, diced1 can pumpkin2 cans chicken broth1 tbsp thyme1/4 tsp white pepper1/4 cup reduced fat sour creamsplash of Marsala wine
Directions
Saute the onions in the butter (can omit butter and saute in water to reduce fat) until translucent.
Add thyme (fresh or dried).
Add chicken broth and pumpkin.
Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
Add white pepper.
Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream flavored with Marsala wine.
