Quick and easy Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini diced2 cloves garlic crushed2 16-oz cans reduced sodium chicken broth1 14.5-oz can Italian style diced tomatoes1 16-oz can red kidney beans, drained1 14.5 oz can green beans1/2 package frozen chopped spinach1/2 lb. cooked and drained lean ground beef4 oz. uncooked orzo pasta
Directions
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large sauce pan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
2. Add orzo and cook 10-15 min or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 8 1-cup servings
