Crustless Turkey Ham & Broccoli Quiche

1 10 oz. package chopped broccoli, cooked & drained1-1/2 cups diced extra lean turkey ham (8 oz.)1 small can chopped mushroom, drained 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt1/2 cup egg substitute1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese2 Tbsp Smart Balance light1 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" pie pan with non-stick baking spray.
Mix turkey hame, broccoli, and mushrooms together. Spread in pan.
Put remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over the turkey ham mixture. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
