*Cook Rice - add salt to taste.
*Cook Stewed Tomatoes.
*Cook corn - add salt & pepper to taste.
*Sautee' Diced Celery & Diced Bell Pepper w/ Parkay Margarine.
*After rice is done, add veggies.
*Add cinnamon & soy sauce to rice & veggies -stir (let simmer on low-med low for 5-10 minutes)

SUSANLUSAN
I used frozen corn and sautéed corn, celery and pepper together. Then I added tomatoes, soy, cinnamon and rice until heated through. The celery remained crisp like a water chestnut. This was delish! Kinda like a stir fry Spanish Rice. You might want to put measured amount for each ingredient though - 1/19/09
