Baked Apple w/ Frozen Yogurt

1 large Granny Smith Apple 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 1 tsp Brown Sugar, packed1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Yogurt Blends, Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Core apple, peel. Slice apple into 2 ramekins that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Combine spices. Pour half of spice mixture over each apple filled ramekin. Place 1/2 tsp. water in each ramekin and top with 1/2 tsp. of the light, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until apple are tender. Top each with 1/4 cup of the Edy's Yogurt Blend.
If you don't want the yogurt you may subtract 50 calories per serving.
