Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 tbsp Dijon mustard6 boneless pork loin chops (1 1/2 pounds, 3/4" thick)1/3 C seasoned bread crumbsdash pepper
Directions
Spread mustard on both sides of the pork chops. Place in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and pepper; press onto top and sides of chops. Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 20-25 minutes until done and topping is lightly browned.
