Jazzed up Tuna rolls

Ingredients
Cherry tomatos about half a cup 3 tbs red onion1 can tuna in water drained 3 tbs lite mayo1 nice sized stalk of celery9 leafs of lettuce
Directions
Wash and dice all veggies except for lettuce. You can cut cherry or grape tomatos in half.
Drain tuna and add with the veggies.
Now include 3 tbs of lite miracle whip
mix untill all veggies and tuna are well coated.
Fill lettuce leafs with mixture and roll up.
You could also add salt and pepper or even alittle spice to taste.
If mixture is to dry add alittle more mayo but dont forget to add the extra calories.

    Awesome! Made it for lunch but divided it into 2 servings. Placed 3 red pepper strips on an 8" wheat tortilla and wrapped it up. Served with a bowl of tomato soup for a great lunch. The wrap tasted so fresh and crisp. We both loved it!!! Thanks for sharing! - 2/17/14
