Yummy Crockpot Pork Roast - 4oz serving

Ingredients
Pork loin roast - 5 lbs2 small Onions - cut up3 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced2 bay leaves2 Tbsp soy sauce1/2 cup watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put cut up onions, water, soy sauce, and bay leaves in bottom of crock pot.

Using a knife make small slits in the pork roast and insert the slices of garlic.

Put the roast into the crock pot and salt and pepper the top.

Cook 10 hours on low.

Makes about 16 servings form a five pound roast.

    This looks great! I love crock pot meals, its so nice to just throw it in the pot and go about my day! I will be trying this tonight! But I think I will use thyme instead of bay leafs. - 11/10/09

    I stuffed potatoes-carrots-celery around meat with tad of onion & garlic powders. Mixed 1 can each Cream of Mushroom Soup & Cream of Chicken Soup mixed with a Brown Gravy packet. Poured soup mixture over meat & veggies to drizzle down through to form a gravy. It was Delicious and a Complete Meal! - 10/4/09
