2 fillet pacific cod fillet 1 cup shredded chedder cheese 1 cup salsa 6 oz.layes light or baked potato chips,crushed1 cup low fat sour cream
Makes 2 servings-use Pam and spray small square baking pan or pie dish.place fish side by side in the center of baking dish. pour the salsa over the fish. place the cheese over the salsa. put the crushed potato chips over all.Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook fish for 18 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes when cut with a fork.let set for 5 min. then top with sour cream.
