1 pound of Ground Beef (Lean)2 can (26 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted6 1/2 cups water1 jar or can (26 or 28 ounces) Spaghetti Sauce (any flavor)1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning2 Cups (8 ounces) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In soup kettle, large pot or Dutch Oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain off grease. Add all ingredients into the same pot EXCEPT the cheese. Bring to a rolling boil and then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add in cheese cook and continuously stir until cheese is full melt through out soup. Makes 16 servings (4 quarts)
