Ingredients
* Bread, Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 8 serving (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * *Soy Milk Plain Light, .25 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * *Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Heat pan on medium heat. In a bowl combine egg and soy milk with cinnamon, vanilla, salt and splenda and whisk until blended. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and brown on both sides until brown.

    Good recipe. I only used a dash of sugar and with the cinnamon it was plenty sweet. I also use texas toast instead of regular bread and it is more filling. Thanks for sharing. - 6/27/09
