cauliflower gratin

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, shredded Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.3 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Ground beef, extra lean, 6 oz spices to taste (I like powdered garlic, thyme, pepper, pearsley)salt
Directions
brown ground beef with onions. season to taste.
Put in a oven proof pan, add cauliflower, and shredded cheese. Cook in oven until cauliflower is done to taste (I like still crunchy).
