Summer Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
2 ¼-cups dried penne pasta, whole wheat, cooked2-cups chopped tomatoes10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded4-Tablespoons Olive Oil1-Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar1-Tablespoon lemon juice1 ½-Teaspoons basil½-Teaspoon salt1 dash black pepper
Directions
1. Mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella.


2. Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato mixture.
