Hot Butternut Squash Soup

1 whole butternut squash1 cup cherry tomatoes2 red peppers1 orange pepper1 red jalapeno pepper1 red onion 21 fl oz water2 chicken stock cubes 1 tbls sp olive oilblack pepper and low salt to taste
chop and roast all vegetables with some of the oil and black pepper for apx 40 mins
saute chopped red onion in the remainder of the oil
Add all ingredients together in a pan and simmer for 15 mins
Liquidise and serve
