Vegan Rich Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1.5 cups unbleached flour1 c sugar5-6 T cocoa powder1/4 t salt1t baking soda1/3 c canola oil1T vinegar1.5t vanilla1c water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the dry ingredients. IN a seperate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry.

Pour in to a greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Bake for around 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
