Poached pears

Ingredients
* Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cup, * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp * Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed * Water, tap, 2 fl oz
Directions
Sautee Pears in the butter, water and brown sugar.
Add blueberries and let reduce on a low heat for 5 minutes.
