Ingredients
2 Frozen or fresh pie shells400 ml low fat ricottaI package frozen spinach2 egges1.5 oz sharp cheddar1 small oniongarlic to taste
Directions
saute onions and garlic
add spinach
stir into ricotta and beaten eggs
pour into pie shells
top with fat free sour cream
