Lentil Casserole

Ingredients
* Lentils, 1.5 cup * Beans, great northern, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Garlic, 2 cloves * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp
Directions
Cook the lentils according to directions. In a pan, cook onions, peppers, garlic in oil. Season to taste after mixing all ingredients together; curry and ginger work well.
