64 oz of Chicken Broth1 large onion, rough chopped2 cups chopped carrots4 cups cabbage, roughly chopped4 cups green beans1 large can (28 oz) Hunts diced tomatoesbasil and organo to taste
-Saute' onion and carrots in light olive oil until onions are translucent and carrots are softened.
-Drain tomatoes, add to pan. Reduce liquid by half.
-Add Chicken broth, cabbage, and green beans. Let simmer.
-Season to taste.
