Buffalo Turkey - Blue Cheese Meat Loaf

2/3 cup old-fashioned oats1/2 cup milk2.5 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce1 pound lean ground turkey1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup shredded carrot1/4 cup chopped onion2 large egg whites1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled reduced fat blue cheese2 large egg whit
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly mist a 9"x5"x3" nonstick loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Combine the oats and milk in a medium mixing bowl and stir to mix. Let stand for 3 minutes, or until the oats begin to soften. Stir in the wing sauce until well mixed. Add the turkey, celery, carrot, onion, egg whites, and salt. Mix the ingrediants well. Add the blue cheese and genty mix to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan and spread so that the top is flat. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the turkey is completely cooked through and no longer pink. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
