Frosting

Ingredients
Mix flour and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat until it forms a pastry. Cool completely before adding butter and shortening. Add sugar gradually, beat 4 to 5 minutes. Add vanilla and blend. Can also be frozen ready for a cake at any time. Enough for a 2 layer cake.
Directions
Enough for a 2 layer cake - 24 2 inch pieces.
