Creamy Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, no skin, cut up into 1 inch pieces2 cups of peas & corn frozen veggies, thawed1 can of cream of potato soup1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream1 6 oz box of stuffing mixsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package
In a 13x9 dish, mix chicken, veggies, soup and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Layer stuffing mix on top of chicken mixture.
Bake approximately 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
