Whole in the Wall

1 slice whole grain bread1 egg1 Tbls margarine1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
Tear a small hole in the bread in the middle just big enough for the egg yolk to sit in. Lightly butter both sides of the bread. Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook bread on one side for a minute just to "toast". Flip the bread respraying the pan. Spray non-stick cooking spray in the hole ( I also add a small dab of the margarine. Then crack the egg in the hole. Allow to cook until the egg is set on the bottom then carefully flip the bread/egg to cook the other side. Cook to desired doneness. I like the yellow part to still be runny. Flip back over. Add cheese if desired.
