Super Healthy Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 c fresh broccoli3 c red & yellow bell peppers2 c sweet white onion1/2 c scallions (middle to bottom portion of them)2 c bean sprouts3 c baby spinach2 c shredded carrots1/2 c fresh garlic1/4 c Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions
Chop all unchopped veggies (cut garlic in halves or quarters)
In a very large skillet or wok heat oil (high heat)
Add all veggies stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes
Add Hoisin sauce and stir for an additional 2-5 minutes
Serve over Brown Basmati rice with a glass of wine
