Ingredients
1 C gluten free Oats1 C Almond Breeze1/2 C water as needed1 T Brn. rice protein powder1 tea. Fiber Sure 1 tea. Splenda Brown sugar
Directions
combine the water and Almond Breeze in a 4 C micro safe measuring cup. Add the protein powder and fiber. Mix very well. Nuke about 2 min. Should be boiling. Sprinkle in the Oats. Cover with a saucer. return to nuke for about 5 min. on warm.
