1 lb of extra lean Ground Beef (96/4)2 tsp minced garlic1 small onion chopped1/2 tsp white pepper1/2 tsp chili powder3 tsp paprika2 tsp beef bouillon6 cups water8 oz uncooked rotini noodles
1. Brown ground beef, garlic, white pepper, chili powder and onions.
2. Add water, paprika and beef bouillon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1/2 hour or until it reduces 1/3.
3. While sauce is reducing, prepare rotini noodles according to package.
4. Serve
