I use soy; I don't drink milk.Hemp hearts are hemp seeds (no thc!)I use Whey Factors protein powders.Other frozen fruits may be substituted, allowing for higher calorie content.
Put liquids into blender. Add hemp hearts, blend.
Add protein powders, blend until smooth. Add fruit and blend.
Pour into 4 large glasses. I use mason jars to keep for next three mornings - great time-saver!
