Alka's Fish-Talapia in Kadhi sauce WW=5pts (3/4 cup)

Ingredients
2 lbs of fish cut into 1/1/2 inch pieces, marinated in ½ tsp of turmeric and 11/2 tsp salt.2 cups of yoghurt1-2 cups of water½ tsp of turmeric2 tsp of coriander powder1 tsp of roasted jeera powder1 tbsp of besan1 tsp each of mustard, jeera, fennel seeds8-10 curry leaves½ tsp of hing1 tsp of sugarOil of seasoningSalt to taste
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan. When heated, add mustard, jeera and fennel seeds. Add hing and curry leaves. Immediately add the yoghurt mixture. Keep stirring till it gets to boiling. Add the fish pieces and let the curry simmer. Stir only once in the first couple of minutes, then let it cook for about 8 minutes.
Carefully transfer to a serving dish. Add cilantro (optional) for garnishing.
