Chicken in Red Wine Dressing

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 3 halvesJar of Roasted Red Peppers drained cut in slicesPlum Tomatoes about 2 chopped4 .5 cup servings of pasta1 T of Olive oil to brown chicken1/2 cup of Wishbone Red Wine Vinegar Salad DressingDried Basil about 1 or 2 tsp (to taste adds color)
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil, add dressing, cut peppers and tomatoes add to dressing and chicken. Simmer 5 mins.

Cook pasta seperately and then combine sprinkle with basil. Serve.

Makes 4 servings (1/2 pasta plus appox 1 cup chicken and veggies.)
