Healthy Crustless pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin1 cup nonfat evaporated milk1/2 cup heart smart bisquick1/2 cup splenda1 tbl. melted butter 1 egg1/4 c egg beaters (or use 1/2 cup and omit egg)Mix of ginger, allspice, nutmeg clove, cinnamon (I didn't measure, if you have pumpkin pie spice, that would be easier)
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Spray pie pay with nonstick spray. Whisk together all ingrediants until smooth and poor into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 min. Cool and the refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into 8 slices

*You could also add 1 tsp. vanilla, I had none on hand so I omitted*
