baked tilapia with spices

1 teaspoon salt3/4 teaspoon paprika3/4 teaspoon onion powder3/4 teaspoon dry mustard1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon basil3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a glass baking dish with canola cooking spray.
Combine spices in a shallow dish.
Rub a teaspoon or so of the spice mixture into each fish filet.
Combine the rest of the spice mixture with the bread crumbs and place in a shallow dish.
Dredge fish in the breadcrumb-spice mixture to coat.
Place the fish in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 6 minutes, then turn over and bake for 4 minutes. Turn over again and bake until flaky, about 4 more minutes.
Serve.
