2 lbs of Ground Turkey1 Onion Chopped4 Cloves of Garlic minced or pressed28 oz of Red Beans (2 Cans)28 oz of Diced Tomatoes (2 Cans)1 tsp Oregano1/2 tsp of Cumin1/2 ts of Ground Pepper1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Brown ground turkey in large pot
Put both cans of beans in large stock pot and begin cooking on medium heat while ground turkey is browning.
Add onions & peppers to ground turkey when done, stirring and allowing to grill or soften while continuing to cook meat..
Add spices to meat and vegetables.
Add diced tomatoes to meat.
Stir meat and ingredients good.
Add all meat and vegetables to large stock pot with beans.
Add tomatoe sauce, stir and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
