Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Italiano

Ingredients
8 Skinless Chicken Leg Quarters (partially frozen)28 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes with Basil1 Bottle Wish Bone Bountifuls Dressing - Tuscan Romano Basil1/2 C. Zucchini, Coursley chopped1/2 C. Kalmata Olives- Pitted , sliced1 C. Cherry Tomatoes 1/2 C. Spinach, frozen1 C. Onions, Sliced2 C. Pepper Strips Frozen1 - 2 Cup Water8 oz. Lowfat Cream Cheese
Directions
Place rinsed chicken on bottom of large Crock Pot Dish. I like to use partially frozen chicken, it does not overcook. Mix all other ingredients together, except water. Pour over the chicken. Add water to fill crock pot about half way. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours, or high 3 - 4 hours. Remove chicken and debone if you'd like. Add cream cheese to liquid mixture in crockpot and cook until melted.
