1 cup Cooked Chicken1 cup Bok Choy, chopped1 can sliced Water Chestnuts1/2 pkg fresh Bean Sprouts1 large stalk Broccoli, chopped 2 stalks Celery, chopped2 1/2 cups Water1 (12 grm) Chicken Bullion Cube1 tbsp CornstarchChow Mein Noodles
Heat 2 1/2 cups water in microwave and dissolve chicken bullion in it to make 'chicken broth.' Put all chopped vegetables into a skillet. Add 1 cup chicken broth. Cover and turn heat on high to steam vegetables. Once vegetables are steamed remove cover and add chicken. Add 1 tbsp cornstarch to the remaining chicken broth and mix until smooth. Add the broth/cornstarch mixture to the skillet. Turn heat to medium and simmer until broth thickens. Serves 4. Serve over 1 cup of Chow Mein noodles per serving.
