Directions
1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic chili sauce and lime juice. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate until ready for use. You can adjust the amount of garlic chili sauce depending on how spicy you actually want the mayonnaise sauce.

2. Combine veggies with rice vinegar, cilantro and sesame oil. Salt to taste and toss well. Set to the side until ready for use. If you like the veggies to have a more pickled flavor make this up a couple of hours in advance and refrigerate.

3. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook turkey over medium high heat. Stirring and breaking up any large lumps. When thoroughly cooked mix in ginger, garlic and chives. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and cover with a lid.

4. Over medium high heat, warm a small skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix together egg white and soymilk. Dip tortillas into egg white mixture and cook in small skillet until golden. About 1 minute per side.

5. To assemble wrap. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tortilla, add turkey and top with veggies. Then roll up and enjoy.
