Banana, fresh, 1 banana, mashedStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 berryPeanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp Protein Powder, 2 tbsp*Use Soy for vegan.
Put the banana in first, it's easier to blend. Add strawberries and ice.
Put the peanut butter on top of the ice so it doesn't get stuck in the blades. Add protein powder.
Blend until smooth. Makes one blender full of joy!
