Ingredients
1 VanillaCake Mix12 oz diet soda ie. diet creme soda or sierra mist1 Cup cool whip freeVanilla Jello SF/FF pudding20 oz Crushed pineapple
Directions
Mix cake mix with 12 oz of diet soda. Bake per box

Mix together pinapple, dry jello pudding and cool whip.

Top cake with pineapple mixture after cake has completely cooled.

    I like this with vanilla cake and I have used Diet creme soda or diet sierra mist, either was fine. the pudding I used was vanilla. I have also made a chocolate cake doing this same thing but I didn't use the pineapple topping.

    The topping doesn't harden like frosting so it could be messy on a cupcake. This recipe is so easy. Really nice to whip up for a lowfat dessert.
