1 Med Onion, Sliced1 Large Potato (3" to 4 1/4" diameter)2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Cloves Garlic
Directions
Preheat Olive Oil in Skillet.

Slice or Julian Onions and potatoes as preferred
(Potatoes can be pre cooked and cooled)
Add Everything to skillet and brown till doneness is acheived

Makes 2 Serving for side or 1 serving as main course
