Ingredients
8 oz cooked and chopped skinned chicken breast1/4 cup bbq sauce1 small onion, chopped1 1/2 cups low fat shredded mozarella cheese12" pre baked pizza crust
Directions
Spread bbq sauce on pizza crust. Top with chicken, onion and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

    This is delicious. I made two versions...one exactly like the recipe and one with added green, red, and yelllow peppers and mushrooms. Both were yummmmm!!! No one at our Super Bowl party noticed it was low fat. ;o)Thanks for the recipe. - 2/1/09
