    I liked this one. Just don't forget to add some salt if you are making your own beef broth, like I did using stew meat with the bones. I added celery, did not use chickpeas or raisins and a bit of low fat sour cream when I served it. Delicious! - 7/13/09

    This was delicous, there were no instructions so I just threw everything in the slow cooker and it turned out great. The broth was a little thinner than I thought so the first day I ate it over brown rice and the second I just ate it on its own (it thickened nicely the next day). - 3/11/09
