.5 cup olive oil.25 cup grated parmesan cheese32 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breastsalt and pepper as desired
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Salt and pepper the chicken breast if desired. Then coat the chicken breast in parmesan cheese and place in the skillet to cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Discard any additional parmesan cheese (Do not use.)
