crock pot pulled sweet and sour chicken

Ingredients
1lb boneless skinless chicken1/2 bottle kratf free catalina salad dressing (bottle being 16 fl.oz)1/2 jar Smuckers sugar free apricot preserves (jar being 12.75oz)2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
Directions
Put chicken, salad dressing and preserves in the crock pot. Cook for atleast 4 hours. But, it does best on low if you can.

30 minutes before you are ready to eat pull out the chicken and pull it apart. After it's pulled put it back in the crock pot.

In the mean time, make your rice as directed on the package.

Serve chicken over rice.
