Leslie's Lowfat Lasagne

Ingredients
15 oz low fat ricotta cheese1/4 C egg beaters1 tbl dried parsley1 lb ground turkey1 tsp minced garlic8 whole wheat lasagna noodles1 jar Classico mushroom and ripe olive spaghetti sauce1 C part skim mozzarella cheese.5 C grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles according to pkg directions
Brown turkey meat and minced garlic in large skillet Add spaghetti sauce to turkey mixture
Mix ricotta cheese, egg beaters, parmesan cheese and parley in bowl

Layer half the noodles, half the ricotta cheese mixture, half the turkey and sauce mixture, and half the mozarella cheese in a 9 x 13 in pan - Repeat

Cook at 375 for 35 min
