5-6 potatoes, peeled and diced1 onion, chopped1 large carrot, sliced1 large stalk celery, sliced4 chicken bouillon cubes (less if desired)1 tablespoon parsley flakes5 cups water1 tablespoon salt (less if desired)Pepper to taste1/4 cup smart balance spread13 ounce 1% milkPut all ingredients into crock pot except milk. Cook on HIGH for about 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Check every couple of hours. During last hour turn down to LOW add milk. Leave on LOW or turn OFF until ready to serve.
