4 medium potatoes, boiled*Flour, white, .5 cup, siftedBaking Powder, .5 tspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tspOnions, raw, 2 tbsp, grated with juiceBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cupButter, salted, 1 1/2 tsp.Egg, fresh, 1 large, slightly beaten
Rice the potatoes. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Combine riced potatoes, flour mixture, onion bread crumbs, butter and egg. Mix Well. Shape into 12 little balls and dredge lightly with flour. Chill. Drop dumplings into boiling, salted water. Cover and boild for 15 minutes. Drain and serve.
