Ingredients

Wet Ingredients2 large eggs1 1/3 cup hot water ( 1-2 TBS more if needed)3 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 TBSP honeyDry Ingredients:¼ cup brown rice flour1 cup tapioca flour¾ cup Bob's Red Mill GF Baking Mix¾ cup organic quinoa flour ½ cup almond flour½ cup skim milk powder6 tablespoons sugar1 ½ teaspoons salt2 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum2 ¼ teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Leave liquid ingredients out to warm to room temperature, except water.
Spray bread machine pan with oil.
Place all Wet Ingredients in the bread machine pan and stir until blended.
Combine Dry Ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add to Wet Ingredients.
Set bread maker for rapid rise whole wheat, medium crust, and 1.5 lb.
Enjoy! Great for french toast and sandwiches!
