Ingredients
Ingredients: *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Eggplant, fresh, 4 cup, cubes (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 Italian tomato (remove)Thyme, ground, .25 tbsp (remove) 1 T olive oil1/4 c water
Directions
chop all veggies
saute in oil til tender
put in food processer with cream cheese and blend serve hot or cold
